Can I return an item after itβs been opened or used?
Unfortunately, for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

What if my order arrives damaged or missing an item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. Weβll replace or refund the affected item quickly.

How do I schedule a return pickup?
After your return is approved, our team will contact you to confirm a doorstep pickup timeβwithin 3 business days, depending on your area and driver availability.

Do I need the original packaging?
Yes, all returned items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund.

How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3β5 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes! If we have the product in stock, weβll gladly exchange it and deliver the replacement at no extra charge.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of checkout by contacting us directly. After that, if your order is already out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

What if Iβm not home during the return pickup?
If you wonβt be home, just leave the return item in a safe spot (e.g., front door, porch, or building lobby) and let us know. Our delivery team will confirm pickup once collected.

Do you charge any return fees?
No. Returns and exchanges within Nassau County are free for all eligible items.
