Refund policy

1. Overview

At Ready Restock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We deliver high-quality household supplies to your door — quickly and conveniently. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Certain household goods (e.g., cleaning supplies, paper goods, and hygiene products) are non-returnable once opened for health and safety reasons.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

3. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

4. Pick-Up & Refund Process

As a local delivery company, we make returns simple and convenient:

  • We’ll pick up eligible items from your doorstep (within 3 business days).
  • Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If you prefer an exchange, replacement items will be delivered at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable or Final Sale Items

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Cleaning supplies or sanitizing products
  • Toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and tissues
  • Food storage or disposable items once unsealed
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Clearance or “final sale” items

6. Order Cancellations or Changes

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed for same-day delivery and may not be canceled once dispatched.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it.
